Little Cooks learn the basics of cookery and
Growing Cooks develop their cookery skills and try their hand at new dishes.
The emphasis is always on fun and safety using good quality, healthy food and techniques appropriate to the childrens age. Using our Pattacakes teaching aids
children learn about basic food hygiene.
The Pattacakes Workshop Menu
Little cooks aged up to 5
Little Cooks Cookery Club covers basic cookery fun in a relaxed environment. Parents or carers work with the little cooks to create bite-sized treats. Younger siblings
are welcome to come along too.
For growing cooks aged 5 to 11
The workshops are run for two separate age groups and we focus on different dishes and age appropriate skills. Children spend half a day preparing, cooking and chatting
about good quality food under the expert eye of our leaders. The results of their work are taken home to share with family and friends.
For growing cooks aged 5 upwards
2 hour fun-filled sessions of cooking and creating. These sessions are designed to give more in-depth knowledge and experience of a particular subject, e.g. pasta
making, sausage making or creating a box of chocolates. At some venues we offer a combined session of cooking and crafts.
For adult cooks
In some areas, adult coaching is available.
