Adult Coaching

Following from our successful younger cooks workshops we realised that grown ups can also have fun learning new cookery skills.

As part of a club activity or just for a group of friends we run workshops to help grown up cooks develop their cookery repertoire. There's time for a chat as you work and quite often a giggle, as you work your way through the challenges of folding a samosa, strudel or moulding homemade chocolates.

You tell us what skills you would like to brush up on, and we will create a course to suit. Sessions can be a one off or a series.

We charge £120 for tuition (plus costs of ingredients) for a 3 hour session which covers up to 4 people. Additional people can join at £30 per person. (We reserve the right to charge travel costs outside the Harpenden area.)

We can even do adult cookery parties, Why not get a group of friends to cook a dinner party for each other, and learn in the process. 'Phone us for prices.

• The facilities; the minimum we need is a sink with hot water, an oven, electric socket and suitable working surfaces
• An appetite for fun and some friends
• Some ingredients (if preferred)

• Experienced Food Coaches and tuition
• Good quality ingredients
Recipes, aprons and equipment
• Food grade containers for take home dishes
